Hinadori

Deep-fried half cut young chicken is our signature plate. Without using any batter, it is cooked carefully and repeatedly at high temperature, low temperature, and room temperature for about 20 minutes, resulting in a unique taste.

Sesuji is deep-fried chicken backbone from neck to tail includes Seseri (neck), Kubi-kawa (neck skin), Harami (belly meat), Hagoita (tail meat), Peta (a cut of meat from upper part of Coccyx), Aburatsubo (oil sac), and Bonjiri (Coccyx).
